Have a Different Question?
What do I wear to my massage?

During the massage you will be undressed to your comfort level. I do my work directly on the skin while keeping you draped with a sheet and blanket for modesty. Typically, clients will be either nude or wearing underwear bottoms. I do my best to accommodate all levels of comfort.

What is parking like?

I work out of Carelton Artist Lofts which offers guest parking on the Charles Ave side of the building 7a-7p. If you are looking for public transit, I am right at the Robert St exit on the Greenline.

What length of massage should I do?

I recommend 90 minutes or 2 hours if you want a full body experience. This ensures I have the time necessary to work at an effective and thorough level. 60 minutes is best if we are only focusing on a few areas of concern.

Do you take insurance?

Unfortunately, I do not take insurance. I accept Cash, Venmo, and card payments. I am also happy to make recommendations for complimentary services like PT and chiropractic who more typically fall under insurance coverage.

Do I need to do deep tissue to have an effective massage? I’m scared!

Deep tissue techniques are designed to light up your nervous system in a way that effectively addresses most pain patterns. Deep tissue can also be INCREDIBLY relaxing. Many people fear they will be in pain for an hour straight. This is not the goal. By walking through the varying levels of pressure we make sure your tissue is warm enough to receive that level of work.

How do I get the most out of my massage experience?

Remember that this massage is about you. By being an active participant in your sensory experience we are able to create the best massage possible. If you need more pressure or less, tell me. If I find the trouble spot, tell me. Dialing into your senses and communicating with me allows me the opportunity to get specific and individualize your massage.
